Job Description:
The Prep Cook is one part of a kitchen team that works together. The kitchen team at the Clinton House aims to support one another and help each other, and the restaurant in turn, succeeds.The candidate must have an eagerness to learn, knife skills, humility, professionalism, and an earnest attitude.
The Clinton House seeks a prep cook and dishwasher, who is eager to climb the ranks of the kitchen brigade.
Responsibilities:
- Breaking down and portioning proteins
- Cutting vegetables
- Following recipes for sauces, dressings, etc
- Preparing ingredients and some simple dishes
- Expediting
- Dish washing
- Receiving deliveries and checking orders
Job Type: Full Time or Part Time
Pay: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
Experience: Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred), Cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
