Château d’Esclans estate that is situated in the Var County at La Motte and is renowned for its Côtes de Provence rosé wines. As of today, they have over 642 acres of vineyards featuring Grenache, Rolle, Merlot, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Tibouren and Rolle.

Our host will be guiding you through a tasting of six wines paired with six small plates:

This event will feature a selection of WhistlePig Rye and a bourbon with accompanying food pairings. WhistlePig is a distillery in Shoreham, Vermont. The land was formerly a 150-year-old dairy farm that was converted to grow grain for the spirits alongside other trees and to host livestock.
